California Releases Climate Change Scoping Plan for Comment

As part of the California Global Warming Solution Act which created a comprehensive multi-year program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the Stat released it Draft 2022 Plan Update that assesses progress toward the statutory 2030 target, while providing a detailed plan for achieving carbon neutrality.
